Building a manual boost controller






















 · Take the Sharpie and mark the center of the plug. Take the center punch and small hammer and indent the center of the plug. Use the center punch and hammer to indent the middle of the flat side of the tee. Use the 3/32 drill bit to drill a tiny hole on the flat side of the tee. Boost controllers typically come with approximately 3 feet of vacuum line that you can cut into 2 pieces of desired lengths. The first piece will connect from the boost barb on the controller to your boost source. The second piece will connect from the wastegate barb on the controller to the wastegate vacuum port. ***17/64*** Not 37/64!!. The piece goes between the boost source and the wastegate. Simple. The other method that I used to use on my first SRT was a T between the stock wastegate line and boost source with a line coming into the car off the 3rd barb.
